Job Title: Power-BI & SQL Developers

Location:  Bengaluru

Reporting to: Project Owner

Date of Joining: ASAP

  1. PURPOSE OF ROLE

Power-BI & SQL Developers, reporting to GCC Project Owner will have to develop Dynamic Power-BI dashboards, write SQL queries, establishing connection to EDH, Validating Measures, Continuous improvement in refreshing data time, publishing Power-BI dashboards, create & manage tasks for user stories and working in agile framework.

  • SQL
    • Writing Queries
    • Joining Queries
    • Manipulation of Data
    • Data Validation
  • Scrum Framework
    • Creating & Managing Tasks
    • Attending Daily Scrum/Scrum Review/Scrum Planning/Scrum Retrospective
  • Provides any needed and associated ad hoc analyses, comments, and analysis of the data
  • Meet Business KPIs and Service Level Agreements and any performance metrics related to Global
  • Contribute to performance improvement of current processes and tools within Project
  • Continually looking for process improvements, efficiency opportunities, standardization, and speed while helping to align towards “One Source of Truth” for Data
  • Analyse data and provide reporting to support Global/Zone team decision making
  1. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Education and Experience:

  • University degree in Engineering/Business/Finance or related field required.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Business / Consulting / Finance area or related fields with strong analytical and technical knowledge of Business or Financial KPI’s
  • Working in a process-oriented, result-oriented and ethical-oriented organization

  • Understanding of Sales Reporting and Analysis tools and processes

  • Working experience on FMCG client especially Beverages/beer industry is added advantage

  • Excellent in creating and maintaining Excel models including Excel VBA, R and python
  • Proficient with SAP and COGNOS
  • Thorough understanding of financial accounting & reporting techniques
